You can also roast them to get that bold pine nutty flavor.
To bake pine nuts in the oven, spread them out on a baking tray and toast them at 340F for 5-10 minutes. Shake them every few minutes to ensure they become evenly golden on all sides.
To roast them over the stovetop, warm the pine nuts over medium-low heat for just a few minutes, until they are lightly brown. Be careful not to over-roast!
